Is there more then one kind of worm medicine for goats? - worm more condition_symptoms

My mother bought 2 goats and a few days ago I bought a worm that looks like medicine yesterday afternoon, but not to eat too. My mother says said that medicine does not mix with the food.
So it's a different kind of worm medicine, or otherwise give the medication can take care of them?
