Shin splints? how long do they last? Can i still jog around the track? - how long do shin splints last
I have cramps in my legs and asked me how long in general and whether it walk or jog in the gym should be. Could they get worse?

It bothers you for a while .. They have a lot of ice and rest, and catch is excerises feet and others, to strengthen the muscles of the calf. Disturbed for some time to rest
