Just starting Culinary school and need knife recommendations? - culinary school recommendation
Hello,
I entered cooking school and have to buy knives for the following class:
French Knife 10
3-4 "Kitchen Knife
Peeler
8 "Spatula
14 "meat slicer
Bread knife
6 "Boning
10 "butcher knife Semites
Sharpening steel
I really appreciate some recommendations of the brand and where to buy these brands. I do not spend much money, but if I need, I will.

I am a former boss and friend, searched a good set of knives in a shop and a good reputation, brands such as Henekel, Wurstof, Victorinox, Gerber and Global.
The knife is in a bundle that Simaetha a separately purchased together with a vegetable peeler, a couple, which tends to miss. Even with a paring knife blades, group 3 consists of a long beak and short, straight and curved one, this is for peeling vegetables, mushrooms and turn the cup of berries.
What where to buy, check the yellow pages of the city under the knife suppliers, some centers have stores, I'm in Canada and in the restaurant and furniture stores to hotels and catering places as well.
